Team Connectivity Workshops

As an experienced workshop facilitator I can work with your team to build connectivity, develop empathy, increase confidence and strengthen bonds in the workplace. Team connectivity is a key factor in increasing psychological safety in the workplace. If employees feel like they can trust each other then they will be more willing to share ideas, take risks and be honest about how well things are working.

Gone are the days of traditional (and cringeworthy) team building exercises!

As a creative practitioner with a background in Applied Theatre I have a unique set of skills, experience and tools that can be applied in the corporate space that allow employees to find new and empowering ways of being together, (with no embarrassing trust exercises!).

My practical team connectivity workshops encourage people to be together in an embodied way that requires authentic interactions with each other. It encourages creative risk taking and demands authenticity amongst employees.

Staff Wellbeing Workshops & Coaching

I can work with you to offer staff wellbeing days and events either as a one off or throughout the year. As an EMCC accredited coach at practitioner level and having worked in wellbeing spaces for over 20 years I am passionate about wellbeing in workplace. Areas covered include:

Facilitation Skills Training

I can offer facilitation skills training to staff. This can be for staff working in community, wellbeing or education settings, or if could be for staff to facilitate within your organisation.

Facilitation training can mean better and more productive meetings, better decision making, empowered staff and enhanced staff wellbeing.
